SHIPPING

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, you may experience delays with your delivery. All items are shipped via Canada Post from Ontario, Canada.

Items will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. We ask that you make sure your address information is correct, as shades of knitting is not responsible for incorrect information.

Once an item has been shipped, shades of knitting has no control of the package. The only way to track your package is to purchase a shipping method with tracking. If you choose to have an item shipped without tracking, shades of knitting are not responsible for any lost packages.

Some deliveries may be subject to additional duties and customs. These fees are not controlled by shades of knitting and are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
